Shipping & Delivery Policy

§ The Parcel Party is not able to amend orders or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and delivery address have been inputted prior to making payment.

§ Subscribers to our mailing list will enjoy free normal postage if they enter the code included in our mailer upon ordering. For non-subscribers, normal postage would at $1.50 for the first piece and $0.50 for subsequent pieces. Registered postage will be available with an additional charge of $2.24.

§ All orders are processed within 48 hours (working days only) upon verification of payment. Delivery will be carried out during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays. Emails will be sent to update the delivery status of the parcels.
§ The Parcel Party will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels should customers opt for normal postage. Registered postage is strongly recommended.

§ The Parcel Party does not provide or respond to requests for meet-ups. Meet-ups will only be available for special collections, which will be entirely at the discretion of The Parcel Party.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

§ All exchanges have to be done within 21 days after delivery of parcel*.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) that has the label intact (if it comes with one), is unworn and unwashed. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all conditions will be declined. Exchanges are also only applicable to non-sale items. Exchanges do not apply to items under the Sales section.

§ An exchange will only be allowed if the item(s) sent is incorrect or defected**. The Parcel Party will reimburse normal postage for defected or wrong item(s) sent to the customer.

**There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

§ No exchanges in size will be allowed as all measurements have been provided. Customers are highly recommended to check all order details before placing an order.

§ There are strictly no returns. There are also strictly no refunds unless the exact piece is out-of-stock.

§ All exchanges are final and further requests for exchange will not be entertained.

Payment & Billing Policy

§ For customers who chose Internet Banking as their payment method will have their order(s) reserved for 24 hours upon receiving an invoice.

§ Customers are required to reply the invoice email within 24 hours, or all orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe. Cancelled orders cannot be reversed and The Parcel Party will not be held responsible if the payment details are not provided for within this timeframe.

§ Customers who fail to submit payment on time will lose priority in future orders from The Parcel Party.

§ Requests for extensions of individual payment timeframes will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis at The Parcel Party’s discretion. Please contact us if you require such an extension.

Product Policy

§ While we do our utmost best to keep the colours of our products true in pictures, the colours may differ due to the colour calibration of every individual's computer. This is not an acceptable reason for returns/exchanges.

§ A difference of 0.5”-1” between the item(s) received and those provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

§ The Parcel Party will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges/ returns if the article was not purchased from us directly through the site.

Product Care

§ You are advised to hand wash all The Parcel Party apparels without soaking for the first few washes.

§ Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products except those that contain silk, satin and chiffon. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).

Privacy Policy

§ The Parcel Party may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors.

***Collectively, content composite one or more of the following - text, data, music, sound, graphics, images, pictures, photographs, videos, software or other forms later created or not known at this time.

§ Any shared or public content extracted from The Parcel Party must be credited. The Parcel Party reserves the right to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this Content.
